One standard discount on every Light Visuals product, applied automatically once you're logged in to an approved trade account. Prices stay simple and consistent, from a single fitting to a full scheme.
Any additional discount is entirely at Light Visuals' discretion and is not part of the standard trade account.

No minimum order
Order what you need, from a single fitting or replacement component to a full project specification.
Payment at checkout
All orders are paid in full at checkout. We don't offer credit accounts or payment-on-account terms.
Delivery
Free delivery to standard UK areas on orders over £150 excluding VAT. Orders below £150 carry a delivery charge, and non-standard UK areas, including remote and offshore addresses, are priced separately.

Who qualifies for a trade account?
Anyone specifying, designing or installing exterior lighting professionally. That includes garden designers, landscape architects, architects, lighting designers, electricians, installers, landscape contractors, interior designers and property professionals.
Can I use trade pricing for client projects?
Yes. Trade pricing is for approved professionals buying for client projects, installations or professional use. Please don't share it publicly or use it outside your trade account.
What is the lead time for orders?
Every fitting is made to order, so lead times depend on the product, finish, quantity and our current production schedule. For urgent projects or larger orders, contact us before ordering and we'll advise on timing.
Do I need to know which fitting I want?
No. Tell us what you're trying to light, whether a path, a tree, a wall, an entrance or a whole garden scheme, and we'll help you find the right fitting, finish and configuration. We can also supply technical drawings.
Do you support project-specific requirements?
Yes, where possible. For more complex schemes, contact us before ordering so we can review the specification, mounting, beam angles and installation conditions with you.
Can I return made-to-order products?
Because every fitting is made to order, returns are limited to products that are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
